As a judge for Innov8League, you are entrusted with the responsibility to evaluate innovative ideas fairly, respectfully, and with the highest ethical standards. By agreeing to serve as a judge, you accept the following terms:
Impartiality
Judges must evaluate all submissions objectively and fairly, without favoritism, personal bias, or conflict of interest.Respect & Professionalism
Judges shall treat all contestants, fellow judges, and event organizers with respect and professionalism at all times.Constructive Feedback
Comments provided to contestants must be thoughtful, relevant, and constructive—aimed at helping them grow and improve.No Solicitation or Promotion
Judges may not use their role to promote their own business, request compensation, or solicit contestants for personal or commercial gain.No Discrimination
Judges must not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, nationality, religion, disability, or any other protected status.Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Judges must disclose if they have a prior relationship with any contestant or if they have a stake in any idea being evaluated.
Non-Disclosure of Submissions
All information shared by contestants—including pitch decks, documents, videos, and business details—must be treated as confidential and not shared outside the judging process.No Use of Contestant Ideas
Judges shall not copy, adapt, or exploit any submitted ideas, either directly or indirectly, for personal or professional use.Secure Handling of Materials
All judging materials must be stored securely and deleted or returned upon request after the competition concludes.No Public Commentary Before Results
Judges agree not to discuss, comment on, or disclose any contestant evaluations, rankings, or outcomes until the official results are announced.
By participating as a judge, you agree to abide by the above Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Terms throughout your involvement in Innov8League. Breach of these terms may result in removal from the judging panel and exclusion from future events.
