To maintain a level playing field and ensure the highest standards of creativity, originality, and professionalism, all contestants must adhere to the following rules and guidelines.
- Open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Teams are welcome (max 5 members per team).
- Open to professionals, students, researchers, and startups across all countries.
- Participants must submit original ideas they have the rights to present.
Each submission must include:
- Project title and description (max 150 words)
- A detailed explanation of the idea (problem, solution, uniqueness)
- A pitch deck (PDF format)
- A 1–3 minute video pitch (uploaded file or YouTube/Vimeo link)
- Any supporting documents or visuals (optional)
⏰ Submissions must be completed before the deadline specified for each season.
Entries will be evaluated based on:
- Innovation & Creativity
- Feasibility / Practicality
- Impact & Scalability
- Clarity of Problem & Solution
- Quality of Presentation
Each category is scored out of 10 points by our panel of expert judges.

- Contestants retain full ownership of their ideas.
- By submitting, you grant Innov8League permission to showcase your idea for the purpose of judging, promotion, and showcasing on our platforms.
- Ensure you do not violate any third-party IP rights. Plagiarism or idea theft will result in disqualification.
All participants must:
- Treat fellow contestants, judges, and organizers with respect
- Not submit fraudulent, plagiarized, or previously published ideas without proper disclosure
- Abide by deadlines, submission formats, and platform rules
Violations may result in removal from the competition and future bans.
- Winners will be awarded cash prizes, mentorship, and promotional opportunities.
- Finalists may receive recognition through press coverage, newsletters, and media partnerships.
- Prize details will be specified for each challenge season.
Your submission may be disqualified if:
- It is incomplete or submitted after the deadline
- It contains offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- It violates IP laws or our code of conduct
